What do u mean by mobile communications?Any good examples?
I need it 4 a project .When I asked Ma’am she told Bluetooth Radio etc.Any more examples
Mobile communications refers to any mode of information transfer that can be done outside a base location. That can mean almost anything, from an old fashioned portable radio to the latest phones and computers. However, from a modern standpoint, I believe you are speaking strictly about cellphones, handheld computers, satellite connections. etc., that allow any user to have two-way communication with others outside of a set "home" location. Bluetooth is just term used to describe a specific technology within mobile communications. Basically, you’re talking about the hardware/software combo that allows people to communicate from any location, both as senders and receivers.

Vodafone Mobile Phone Network
We start the discussion by putting a straightforward question what are mobile phone networks and what are the uses to which such a network can be put? As an answer to this query, quite a lot of technical information can be cited. In simple terms, however, it can be said that a mobile phone network is the backbone of mobile communications; it ensures effective “on-the-move” communications using mobile phones. One cannot enjoy the sophisticated capabilities of even the latest handsets without the support from such a network. A network puts life into handsets and enables people to connect and communicate effectively.
Different countries have different network operators. Among them some are MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator); they lease the underlying network from some other company. In the area of mobile communications and related services, the UK is witness to a lot of activity. As many as six major network service providers cater to the mobile telecommunications sector in the UK. These are O2, Orange, T mobile, Virgin mobile, Three mobile and Vodafone.
Withstanding the stiff competition in this sector, Vodafone mobile phone network has managed to maintain its position and grow with time. The services are innovative and have helped this network service provider to create a distinct identity for itself in the fast evolving mobile phone sector in the UK.
As a matter of fact, the Vodafone mobile phone network offers a full range of mobile telecommunications services to its subscribers that include voice and data communications. This network service provider covers around 99 per cent of the population in the UK. High level of call quality is guaranteed and costs of the services delivered are kept quite competitive.
With its innovative and well thought-out price plans representing the needs and requirements of different sections of phone users and unparalleled customer service, the Vodafone mobile network is garnering a lot of positive attention.
